    1 cup unsalted chicken broth
    1 cup Water, tap
    1/4 tsp Morton Iodized Sea Salt
    1 cup dry Quinoa
    1 14.5-oz can Diced Tomatoes, no salt added
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 clove Garlic
    1/4 tsp Oregano, ground
    1/4 tbsp Basil


Bring broth and water to a boil. Add quinoa, stir, cover tightly, and reduce heat to medium. Cook for 12 minutes. Remove from heat, stir, and recover. Let sit for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat oil over medium heat in a skillet. Add minced garlic cloves and stir for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, salt, and spices. Stir occasionally until liquid is reduced and tomato mixture thickens.

Add tomato mixture to quinoa and stir. Serve immediately.
