Ingredients

    1.5 cup, mashed Zucchini
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1.5 tsp Salt
    3 tbsp *Ghirardelli Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1 Serving = 1 Tablespoon)
    12 tbsp THM Baking Blend 1/4 c (by THM_GIGI) (3/4 cups total)
    0.25 gram coconut oil cooking spray (by KATHEBOS)
    .5 stick Butter, salted (3 tbsp.)
    9 serving THM Gentle Sweet (1 tsp) (3 tbsp. total)

    4 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw

Reminder - any frosting or topping added - you must take into account the nutrition values for that


Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender - except coconut cooking spray. coat 2 small round cake pans with Coconut oil - add cake batter - bake in 350 degree oven - 25-35 minutes until done. remove and cool. (frost with fav. on-plan frosting)

Serving Size: Makes 8 pie/shaped cake slices or more
