Introduction

Ingredients

Pink Salmon (fish) 250gms
Yellow Mustard powder 2.5 teaspoons
Turmeric powder 0.5 tsp
Canola or Mustard or Olive oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Green chillies 6-8 whole (More chillies can be broken or made into a paste and added as per your liking. The whole chillies will impart flavour no irritation.)
Directions
Make 8 -2" size pieces of the fish.
Wash fish thoroughly in cold water.
In a stainless steel bowl mix all ingredients with fish except Green chillies and leave to marinade for 20 mins.
Add green chillies and 2 tbsp water in the bowl and cover with aluminium foil and a fitted lid.
Steam for 25-30 mins (by putting the bowl in a larger saucepan half-filled with water and keeping water simmering).Make sure no water drips inside.
Serve with hot boiled basmati rice. No other accompaniment needed.
