Ingredients

    1 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
    1 serving 1 large egg (per the egg board) 50g
    1.5 tsp Baking Powder
    .5 tbsp Butter, unsalted

Directions

Melt butter in small microwave friendly bowl. Add almond flour, baking powder, and egg. Mix very well. Microwave for two minutes and allow to cool. Run a butter knife along the edges to free from bowl and slice in half so you have two slices of bread. Use as sandwich bread!
