Introduction

Brown beef with first set of spices. Pot bottom 1/2 of buns in 9x13 pan. Put beef on top. Put cheese slices on top of beef and cover with tops of buns. Melt together all ingredients from butter down.     8 tbsp Butter, salted
    6 tsp packed Brown Sugar
    3 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    3 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard
