Ingredients

    2.0 cup Granulated Sugar
    3.0 cup Flour - Gluten Free version
    0.5 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    2.0 tsp Baking Soda
    0.5 tsp Salt
    2.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap ice cold
    0.75 cup Canola Oil
    2.0 tbsp vinegar
    2.0 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

Sift all dry ingredients together in order listed. Then make hole in center and add and mix wet ingredients until smooth and creamy. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. This cake goes good with vegan cream cheese or peanut butter frosting. Recipes coming soon
