    0.25 tsp Ginger, ground
    0.25 tsp Turmeric, ground
    0.5 cup Blueberries, fresh
    1.0 cup, without pits Sweet Cherries
    1.0 cup Tazo (Zen / Green Tea)
    1.0 cup Fage Total

Directions

Blend all ingredients Serving Size: One Shake I made this originally with tofu instead of the yogurt. Honey was added. Honestly, with it this way there is less sugar, less calories and more protein.
