    64 ozs. chicken broth
    2 frozen chicken breasts
    1 bag rainbow salad mix (shredded broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and red cabbage)
    1 c. mixed rice
    1 garlic clove
    1 c butter milk
    1/4 c smart balance
    1 garlic clove
    4 c whole wheat
    2 t baking powder


In a crock pot add all ingredients through the rice. In a bread mixer add the remaining ingredients and set so it will be done 20 mins. before dinner. When dough is done drop it by tablespoon into soup and continue cooking for 20 mins. covered.
