Ingredients

    1 cup Gluten free all purpose baking mix (by MAMIEDODLE)
    1.5 serving Whey Protein Isolate - Super Advanced Whey Protein (Body Fortress)
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    3 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted
    .5 dash Salt
    1 cup Silk cashew milk unsweetened vanilla
    3 tsp Baking Powder
    6 tsp Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking

Tips

Optional:?Add a little vanilla extract to batter. Make sure baking powder and whey powder are gluten free


Directions

Mix all ingredients and cook on a sprayed hot griddle until done.
