    1 Quart 1% Milk
    1/3 C. Nonfat Milk Powder
    1/4 C. Nonfat Plain Yogurt


Heat Milk to 180 degrees in microwave. Remove and cool to 105-110 degrees.
In a small bowl combine yogurt, nonfat milk powder and some cooled milk, stir to remove any lumps. Pour this back into milk.
Pour Yogurt into jars/containers and place in a large pot. Cover halfway with 120 degree water.
Place pot into oven. Leave 6-8 hours to incubate.
If temerature drops turn oven on for a few minutes to your ovens lowest setting and turn up. Do not allow yogurt to be heated above 130 or you will kill the yogurt cultures.
