Ingredients

16 oz *Chicken Breast (raw, boneless, skinless) (by DEGREENIA)
2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, diced
4 cloves Garlic
3 tbsp Olive Oil
.5 tsp Thyme, ground
1 Bay Leaf
6 cup Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium
2 cup Great Value Extra Wide Egg Noodles
Directions
1. In a 6 qt crockpot, add in whole chicken breasts, carrots, onion, celery, garlic, olive oil, thyme and bay leave.
2. next add in chicken broth, water, and season with salt and pepper to taste (recommend .5 tsp salt & .25 tsp pepper).
3. cover and cook on low heat 6-7 hours.
4. removed cooked chicken breast and cut into bite sized pieces. place chicken back into the crockpot; add in egg noodles and parsley.
5. cover and cook just until noodles are tender, 5-10 minutes.
Serving Size: six to 8 servings
