    3.0 cup Beans, black
    200.0 Grams Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
    100.0 Grams Onions, raw
    100.0 Grams Red Ripe Tomatoes
    1.0 tbsp Pepper, black
    1.5 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato
    200.0 Grams Plantains

Directions

Boil beans till soft then add potato and plantain. Add onions, tomato and pepper. Add salt and seasoning to taste. Add palm oil. And bring to a boil
