    1 cucumber
    1 (11 ounce) can mandarin orange segment, well drained
    1/4 cup poppy seed salad dressing (or creamy cucumber salad dressing)


1Peel and slice cucumber in half lengthwise.
2Remove seeds if desired, and slice into half-moon slices.
3Combine all ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve.
