Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    Use all organic ingredients if possible
    3 Cups Rolled Oats
    1/4 Cup Sun Flower Seeds
    1/4 Cup Pumpkins Seeds
    1/4 Cup Flaxseed or hemp
    1/2 Cup Almonds or Pecans
    1/2 Cup Coconut Flakes
    1 tablespoon Cinnamon
    1 teaspoon Nutmeg
    2 tablespoon Grapeseed Oil
    2 tablespoon Apple Juice
    1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
    1/4 Cup Honey
    1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients together in large bowl
Combine all wet ingredients in a smaller bowl and mix well.
Add wet ingredients to dry and mix together well.
Spread on lightly greased baking sheet.\
Cook for 25 minutes at 350 until brown.
Store in airtight container.

    Very Good
    I didn't have cranberries, so they weren't added. The store didn't have pumpkin seeds, so I doubled the sun flower seeds. Very yummy! I love the Gorgeously Green book! - 11/22/08
