Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    8 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
    2 pepper Jalapeno Peppers, chopped
    .5 large Onions, raw, chopped
    1.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    5 tsp Hot Sauce, Tapatio (optional)
    3 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes), sliced
    3 serving Hass Avocado Fresh (1/2 of Avocado)
    3 tbsp Sour Cream (optional)
    1.5 fruit (2" dia) Limes (optional)
    3 cup Garden Mix: Spinach, Romaine Lettuce, Red Leaf Lettuce
    1.85 cup Beans, black

Directions

In medium pan, heat oil and add jalapenos and chopped onions (I leave out to put on top later). Once those cook down a bit, add the turkey and season as you wish (i use tapatio, but you could use taco seasoning or something of the like)- cook until brown. Next add can of beans and heat until beans are warm.

Serve over a bed of lettuce - garnished as you wish. I squeeze about half a lime, add a dallop of sour cream, tomatoes, onion, cilantro and jalapeno
