Introduction

Ingredients

    16 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    3 tsp Ginger Root
    2 clove Garlic
    2 serving Chinese - vegetables - Broccoli,Kale,BoK-choy - 1 cup
    2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3- Sweet peppers (bell)
    3 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce
    8 leaf outer Lettuce, red leaf (salad)
    .5 fruit (2" dia) Limes
    3 serving mint leaf - 2 leaves (by SHIRHPP)

Tips

Use you favorite type of mishrooms. Make it spicy with red pepper flakes or add some bean sprouts!


Directions

Spray skillet with olive oil over medium high heat. Add beef, ginger or allspice and garlic. Cook breaking beef apart until browned.(drain fat if necessary) Add bok choy, mushrooms, bell pepper and soy sauce. cook stiring occasionallt until bok choy is wiltedand pepper is crisp tender. Spoon about 1/2 cup mixture into each lettuce leaf. Sprinkle with chopped mint and juice of a lime wedge.

Serving Size: Makes approx 8 lettuce wraps.
