Ingredients

    8 tbsp Sour Cream
    1.50 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    16 tbsp *Taco Bell Taco Sauce, Mild
    1.50 cup Great Value Fancy Shredded Taco Blend Cheese
    8 serving Old El Paso Flower Burrito Shell
    16 oz Ground beef, lean
    1 serving Taco Bell - Taco Seasoning Mix (1 packet)

Tips

If you are on a low sodium diet this is not for you. It has almost an entire days worth of sodium for a person not on a restricted sodium diet. I like to serve with Hash Rounds seasoned with powder taco seasoning.


Directions

cook ground beef in a skillet pan. Cook ground beef for about 10 minutes or until all meat is grey, always 165 or higher, drain in a colander and rinse off with hot water for 1 minute to help remove excess grease. Return to Dutch oven and add 2 seasoning packets and 1.5 cups of water. Simmer for 10 minutes or till desired consistency. Now take one shell and spread 1 Tbsp. of sour cream onto shell. Top with 1/8 pound (2 oz.) meat. Add 1.5 oz. cheese and 2 Tbsp. of sauce.
