A sauce to add to red meat at the end of cooking. A sauce to add to red meat at the end of cooking.

    1/2 cup unsalted chicken broth
    2 oz Wine, Red (Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon)
    1 tbsp Cane Syrup, Stein's


Remove meat from pan. Add chicken broth and stir to deglaze pan. Add wine and cane syrup. Stir and allow to cook at medium heat until thickened and reduced by half. Return meat to pan and coat with sauce. Serve remaining sauce with meat.
