    1 tbsp Butter, salted
    1 1/4 tbsp Aloha Nu Coconut Flour
    1 1/2 tsp. Truvia Natural Sweetener
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1/8 tsp Baking Powder
    .1-2 tsp. shredded Coconut, raw
    1 tsp Lily's dark chocolate stevia sweetened
    2 tbsp. Dannon Oikos triple zero coconut cream yogurt OR 2 tbsp. sour cream
    capful of vanilla
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon


Directions

Place ingredients in a coffee mug and microwave for 1 minute and check

You can top with whipped cream or yogurt if desired
