Introduction

Ingredients

    3 cup flour
    4 tsp baking powder
    3 serving salt
    6 tsp granulated sugar
    2 large eggs
    2 cup Milk, 2%
    8 tbsp vegetable oil

Tips

This makes a somewhat dense pancake. Not super light and fluffy like some recipes.


Directions

Combine dry ingredients and set back. Add eggs, milk and butter to dry ingredients. Stir only until smooth. Cook on a hot griddle or pan.
