Ingredients

    4 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 stick Butter, salted
    1 cup Granulated Sugar
    1.25 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    Vanilla, pinch salt and 1 tsp baking soda

Directions

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and mashed bananas. Stir in rest of ingredients. Bake 40-50 minutes at 350

Serving Size: Makes 8 slices. Can make more servings if need be
