.75 cup Simply Balanced Greek Yogurt Vanilla
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
200 grams Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened)
.75 cup Milk, 1%
Tips
Substitute chocolate protein powder and chocolate chips instead of vanilla powder and blueberries
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
3. Pour mixture evenly into greased muffin tins
4. Bake 20 minutes or until cooked through (mini muffins will take about 9 minutes)
