    10 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potatoes (peeled and cubed)
    2 tsp Onion powder
    0.25 cup Flour, white
    0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    0.5 cup 2% milk
    3 tbsp Butter, salted


Keep an eye on potatoes, you want them done, but not too done.


Peel and cube potatoes, place in pot and cover with water (2 inches above potato). Bring to a boil until potatoes are tender but not falling apart. Reduce to low heat. Whisk flour into 1/2 cup water until dissolved. Stirring constantly, but carefully so you don't mash potatoes, add the dissolved flour and water into pot of potatoes. Let simmer for a few minutes until thickened. Add more flour for thicker potatoes and more water for thinner. Add milk, salt, pepper (to taste), onion powder, and butter. Serve and enjoy
