This quick and easy to make breakfast burrito will hit the spot. This quick and easy to make breakfast burrito will hit the spot.

    * 1 Brown and Serve Sausage Links
    * 1 Tortillas, MISSION, flour tortilla, 8 inch
    * 1 Scrambled Egg, large
    * 1 Tbsp chopped, onions, red
    * 1 Tbsp Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Light
    * 1/8 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    * Fat-Free sour cream (optional)


Add Country Crock spread to pan, heat on med high heat. Dice onions and add to pan, saute until caramelized. Heat sausage link in microwave as per instructions on the package. In a bowl scramble egg and add to pan of caramelized onions. After egg is cooked add shredded cheese to melt. Heat tortilla, then add scrambled egg mixture into the tortilla. Dice the cooked sausage link and spread over the eggs in the tortilla. Dollop with a teaspoon of fat free sour cream (optional) then roll up.
