Ingredients

    2 - 3 heads Broccoli (depending on size)
    1 Spanish Onion, chopped
    1 Cup Almonds
    1 TBSP Honey
    1 Cup Raisins
    1/2 Mayo
    1 TBSP Vinegar

    *8 Slices Bacon, optional. Not calculated.

Directions

If using bacon, cook until crisp & drain.
Cut broccoli into small pieces. Mix dressing with honey and vinegar, combine everything and add dressing.
Makes 8 1/2-Cup servings
