Ingredients

    12 ounces chopped cooked chicken (about 2 cups)
    1 cup, diced Celery,
    1/2 cup, chopped Red Onions, raw
    1/4 cup, chopped Walnuts
    1 medium (2-3/4" dia) Apple
    1/4 cup Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)
    2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
    1/2 cup chopped yellow or red Bell peppers
    1 tablespoon Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
    1 tbsp Curry powder
    1 tsp ground Cumin
    1 tsp ground Turmeric,
    1 tsp smoked Paprika

Directions

Thoroughly mix all ingredients together

Serving Size: Makes about 4 cups. Each serving is 1 cup
