Introduction

Ingredients

    1 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb Ground Beef (extra lean)
    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2 clove Garlic
    2 can Canned Tomatoes
    1 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste
    1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    2 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    .50 tsp Paprika
    1 tsp Salt
    2 serving Bay leaves dried (serving size 1 leave) (by BMAKEDA)
    .50 tsp Tabasco Sauce
    .25 tsp Thyme, ground
    .25 tsp Oregano, ground
    8 oz Egg Noodles, enriched

Directions

In 2 tbsp olive oil brown 1 lb extra lean ground beef until crumbly.
Add: 1&1/2 cups sliced or chopped onions, 2 crushed cloves garlic,
1 28 oz can diced tomatoes (or 2 14 oz), 1 6 oz can tomato paste, 1 cup water, 2 or 3 diced fresh mushrooms (if desired), and above mentioned seasonings.
Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Place one half of mixture in a 2 & 1/2 quart casserole. Add 8 oz uncooked noodles and top with remaining mixture. Cover and bake at 375* for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Serving Size: makes about 8 1-cup servings
