Ingredients

    2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    10.0 leaves Basil
    6.0 link, 4/lb Italian Sausage, pork
    14.0 oz Pork Shoulder (pork butt, picnic roast)
    8.0 clove Garlic
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    0.5 cup Tomato Paste
    0.25 cup Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style
    16.0 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin
    56.0 oz crushed tomatoes, canned
    56.0 oz kitchen cut tomatoes

Directions

Chop onion & slice garlic, saute 1-2 min in a lil olive oil, add sausage, cook 2-3 more min. Add tomato products, pork and meatballs ( meatballs: mix gr beef, eggs, bread crumbs and add some itaian seasoning, garlic (powder)... whatever u like... make into balls and put into sauce raw). Simmmmmmmer on low for 3-6 hrs, add basil in the last hr or so, season to taste w salt/pepper... Best if left over night in fridge and eaten over the next week Serving Size: Some meat and about 1c sauce
