    Apples, fresh, 1 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb (remove)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces (remove)
    Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 3 tbsp (remove)
    Raisins, 1 small box (1.5 oz) (remove)


steam chicken breast ...drain and chop up chicken into small bite size peices ..cut apple core out and chop into bite sized peices as well....coarse chop pecans and add raisins,nuts and mayo and mix well and put in the fridge for an hour min to reconstitute the raisin somewhat and to chill.....salt n pepper to taste.
