Ingredients

    Calories will vary depending on how you make tuna salad.

    1 Cup Tuna Salad (already prepared)
    1 Cup sliced iceburg lettuce
    2 tsp yellow mustard
    8 hamburger pickle slices
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In a bowl, place lettuce at bottom, salt/pepper a little, cover with a little mustard, place pickle slices on top, then spoon on tuna salad, and salt and pepper if desired.

I made this recipe instead of using bread for a tuna sald sandwich.

Makes one serving.

It's very filling and is great for lunch.
