Ingredients

    2 large (3-1/4" dia) (approx 2 per lb) Apples, fresh with skin
    2 lb Pork, fresh, loin, top loin (chops), boneless, separable lean and fat, raw
    1 slice, thin Onions, raw
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 serving Alpine apple cider pouch - sugar free

Tips

9 sp/per serv. Serves 4 - 1/2 lb. of pork


Directions

Season both sides of pork chops with:
SALT
PEPPER
GARLIC
ROSEMARY

In large fry pan, add 2 T. Olive oil, heat
add pork chops - cook approx. 4 minutes each side.
Set them on a dish.

In same pan add:
CIDER, APPLES ONIONS. Cook over med. heat about 5 min.
turn off heat, place pork chops back in pan + let sit for a few minutes.

Serving Size: 1 serving/ = 12 pts./a quarter of mixture
