Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    2 cup dry Oatmeal (plain)
    .25 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar
    .5 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1.25 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    .25 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    1.5 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
    .17 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)
    3 tbsp Canola Oil
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 cup, slhredded Zucchini
    20 raisins Raisins

Directions

Spray 8x8 pan with cooking spray.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix dry ingredients except raisins. Add in wet ingredients. Sprinkle raisins on top.

Bake for close to 45 minutes. I let mine cool in the oven and it turned out to be a bit too crispy on top.
