Introduction

You can add cheese if you'd like, but this sandwich is delicious on its own! You can even make it in advance the night before & refrigerate it if you have to work in the morning. Ingredients

1 serving Arnold Select Sandwich Thins 100% Whole Wheat (1 sandwich thin)
    1 large Fried Egg
    0.5 cup Spinach, cooked
1 ounce(s) Turkey breast, sliced, oven roasted, luncheon meat

Directions

Fresh or frozen spinach, it doesn't matter. Just cook the spinach for a few minutes to wilt it down and season to taste. Next, start frying your egg. I don't use any oil or butter in my pan because its not needed. Just fry your egg to your desired consistency. Toast or leave your sandwich thin plain. Add the turkey, spinach & egg to your sandwich and your done! I add salt and pepper to taste obviously, but for a kick I also add red pepper flakes. They're not only good for you but make this sandwich extra delicious.
