    2 cup Bisquik (by FATCAT1858)
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    2 tsp Baking Soda
    1 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)


Mix dry ingredients, then add wet. Stir 8 times only....will be lumpy. Let stand 10 minutes. Drop batter by 1/4 cup onto hot non-stick griddle. Turn when edges lift easily and top is bubbly.

Serving Size: Makes 9 pancakes with 1/4 cup batter portions
