1/4 cup italian-style dry bread crumbs
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 egg white

    Good
Worchester sauce is NOT vegetarian! Do not make these for the vegetarian in your life.
This recipe is easy, but lacks flavor. Try adding your favorite flavor sources, like onions and garlic. To make it really flavorful with no effort, just add chili seasoned beans instead of the plain ones.

Came out good I added some Onion and Hot Stauce to mine. My 3 yr old ate the extra I made and she liked it as well - 8/30/08

    Very Good
I really enjoyed this but I did add some chopped fresh coriander/cilantro leaves and cumin for more flavour. Easy and quick to prepare. Try it with some herbs you like mixed in. - 6/4/08
