1/4 cup italian-style dry bread crumbs
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 egg white
    3 tablespoons sesame seeds

Place sesame seeds on plate. With wet hadns, shape mixture into 6 flat oval shaped patties, 1/2 inch thick. Coat patties evenly on both sides with seeds.

  • Worchester sauce is NOT vegetarian! Do not make these for the vegetarian in your life.
This recipe is easy, but lacks flavor. Try adding your favorite flavor sources, like onions and garlic. To make it really flavorful with no effort, just add chili seasoned beans instead of the plain ones.

  • I really enjoyed this but I did add some chopped fresh coriander/cilantro leaves and cumin for more flavour. Easy and quick to prepare. Try it with some herbs you like mixed in. - 6/4/08
