Introduction
My mom always made this recipe back in the day when hamburger meat was cheap. Super easy and yummy. You can add 1/4 of a chopped onion to the recipe too if your kids are okay with it. 0.50 tsp Salt
1/2 Med. Green Bell Pepper diced
1.5 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned
2 cans Campbell Condensed Tomato Soup

Start a pot of water to boil and cook pasta according to directions. Meanwhile, brown hamburger meat and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Add chopped bell pepper, the can of corn UNDRAINED, 1/4 of a chopped onion along with 2 cans of condensed tomato soup. Add a little water if you like. The dish should be saucy but not soupy. Cover and cook on low until veggies are tender.
Drain your egg noodles when cooked but do not rinse. Add to dish. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Cover and continue for another 30 minutes on low to give the noodles time to soak up the flavor. Divide evenly among 6 plates and enjoy.
