Ingredients

    0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    2 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
    1 serving Salt, Kroger SALT IODIZED,1/4 tsp(1.5g) (by CRLYN31)
    1 dash Pepper, black
    2 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, unsalted

Directions

Melt butter, add flour stirring until well mixed. Add milk a little at a time until it is well incorporated. Heat to boiling, stirring frequently. Mixture will thicken. Remove from heat, add salt and pepper.
