Ingredients

    1 Cup whole wheat flour
    .5 C white all purpose flour
    1C Oatmeal
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1C mashed bananas
    1C soymilk
    .5 C blueberries
    2TBSP flaxseeds

Directions

Pre-heat oven 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients. Add bananas and soymilk. Mix just to blend. Pour in greased muffin tins. Bake 20 minutes. makes10-12 muffins.
