Ingredients

    16 oz Ground beef, lean
    3 tortilla, medium (approx 6" di Flour Tortillas
    0.5 cup Bush's, Black Beans
    0.5 cup Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend
    3 tsp Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium)

Tips

Serve with chips and salsa.
Can add other ingredients such as rice or corn.


Directions

Brown ground beef and drain. Add taco seasoning and cook as instructed.
Layer a tortilla on a baking dish, spoon 1/3 of meat, add 1/3 of beans then add 1/3 of the cheese. Repeat the layers and bake at 350 until the cheese is melted.
Serve with chips and salsa.
