    4 cup Pasta, Casarecce Organic Garofalo (2/3c dry=2c cooked)
    4 serving Braut Johnsonville cut into bite size pieces
    3 cup Spinach, fresh
    2 1tsp Grapeseed Oil
    4 clove Garlic
    1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    .25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    .15 tsp crushed red chili pepper flakes (by DBEAU57)
    1.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    9 cup cherry tomatoes Red Ripe Tomatoes


Cook pasta per instructions.
Add grapeseed oil to pot and heat over med. high heat. Add brauts, onions, garlic and mushrooms.
Cook until brauts are cooked through.
Add remaining ingredients and stir well.

Serving Size: Makes approx. 11 1 cup servings.
