    600 gram(s) my Golden Delicious Apple - Cored and cut
    800 gram(s) my Sugar
    225 grams Water, tap
    20 grams Lemon Juice
    80 grams Cider Vinegar
    32g Arrowroot (~.25 cup)


1. Prepare arrowroot by mixing with cold water. You will pour the mixture into the jelly later.

2. Combine apples, water, and lemon juice in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, mix in sugar and bring to a heavy boil.

3. Add arrowroot and let boil at least 1 minute while stirring constantly.

4. Turn heat to low. Check consistency by stirring occasionally. Add more arrowroot as needed. Wait 5 minutes and check again.

5. Put in jars.
