Ingredients

    3.0 cup shurfine Hashbrowns
    13.0 oz Kroger Turkey smoked sausage
    10.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    3.0 serving Cheese, Great Value Finely Shredded Italian Style (1/3 Cup)

Directions

Spray cake pan with nonstick spray... Put Hashbrowns in pan and bake @400 degrees for about 15 minutes or until edges are golden brown... While that is cooking chop the sausage and when the Hashbrowns are brown pill them out of the oven, turn them over, add sausage, beat the eggs, pour eggs over the Hashbrowns and sausage. Out back in oven for about 10 to 15 minutes... When eggs are set then out the cheese on top and return to oven long enough for cheese to melt...
