    3 cups quick cooking oats
    3/4 cup chopped pecans
    1/4 cup maple syrup
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    3 tablespoons vegetable oil
    2 tablespoons warm water
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon


Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
In a large bowl, combine oats and nuts.

In a separate bowl, combine syrup, brown sugar, vegetable oil, water, salt, and vanilla. Stir well; then pour into the oat mixture, and stir. Spread out on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Turn off oven and leave pan in oven for additional 15 minutes. Remove from oven, and cool before serving.

Serve 2 tbsp granola with 5.3 oz cup of Chobani plain Greek yogurt for a total of 158 calories.

Makes 30 servings, 2 tbsp each.
