Ingredients

    0.5 tbsp Olive Oil
    2.0 tbsp Lemon juice
    0.25 cup Soy Sauce
    0.12 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    12.0 oz Pork - No Name Boneless Pork Loin Chops

Directions

Add ingredients together Massage pork which is already at room temperature Stab pork with fork all over both sides Cover pork in marinade Leave at room temperature for as long as you want. 1h is advised but even 15 minutes will add a bit of flavor. Put pork in baking tray and pour marinade over it. Cover in foil and place in a preheated oven at 190 degrees Celsius for 30 mins Remove foil and cook for further 5 mins Rest for 4 minutes and serve Serving Size: Serves 3 people
