Ingredients

2/3 cup fine Rolled Oats
1/3 cup Coconut Yoghurt (Doctors Choice Dairy Free Bio Yoghurt (NZ)
1/3 cup Coconut Water, UFC 250ml
Tips
Calories are based on the NZ products I use. You may need to adjust when using other brands. Also, remember to add the calories for any fruit or other ingredients you add at serving time - they are not included. If the yoghurt is particularly thick add more coconut water either to the mix or when serving (just a few more calories).
Directions
Mix all ingredients together well. Refrigerate overnight. Mix may appear very runny but it will thicken up by the morning.
Serve with your favourite fruit (I have frozen blueberries on hand and thaw 1/2 cup out most mornings).
