Introduction

Ingredients

    32 oz Jennie-O Turkey Store - Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast with Natural Flavorings
    1 serving cheezits white cheddar 25 crackers
    7 oz chopped green chiles
    16 oz herdez salsa verde
    dash garlic powder
    dash fresh ground black pepper

Tips

Keep the meatballs close together and spoon sauce over them occasionally as they are cooking to keep them moist.


Directions

Crush crackers.
Combine cracker crumbs, ground turkey and chiles.
Pat into 20 balls, about 2 inches in diameter.
Preheat electric skillet to 350 degrees.
Arrange meatballs closely together in the center of the pan.
Pour the salsa verde over the top and cover the skillet.
When the sauce begins to boil, reduce heat to 300 degrees and simmer 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
