Introduction

Delicious homemade non-dairy hot cocoa using cashew milk and Truvia natural zero calorie sweetener. Delicious homemade non-dairy hot cocoa using cashew milk and Truvia natural zero calorie sweetener.

Ingredients

    1/3 cup hot water
    4 tbsp Ghirardelli Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
    1/3 cup Truvia Natural Sweetener
    1/8 tsp sea salt
    3.25 cups Silk Unsweetened Cashew Milk
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

1. Combine water, cocoa, truvia and salt. Bring to a gentle boil over low heat.
2. Slowly stir in milk. Heat to just under boiling over medium-low heart.
3. Add vanilla, stir and remove from heat. Serve immediately.

Serving Size: Makes 4 8-oz servings.
