Ingredients

    1 quart-size zip lock baggie that can withstand boiling water (also freezer marker to label if making more than on omelet)

    2 eggs
    salt & pepper to taste
    parsley, chives if desired
    shredded or grated cheese, if desired
    any chopped vegetables desired

    Stand baggy upright on counter, break 2 eggs in and smash them around to break yolks and to 'scramble'. Add desired seasonings and other ingredients, mixing together.

    Squeeze air out of baggie and zip closed.




Directions

Drop baggie into boiling water, let boil for 13 minutes.

Open baggie and let contents slide onto a plate.

1 baggie (omelet) per person.
