Introduction

Ingredients

    3 cup dry Oatmeal (plain)
    1 cup Soybeans, mature seeds
    8 serving Kirkland Real Egg 99% pure egg whites 1/4 cup
    .5 tsp Salt
    2.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
    .5 tbsp Canola Oil
    2 tsp Cinnamon, ground

Tips

Can add onion, garlic, spicy seasoning & use at lunch. Top with sweet or savory toppings. Based on recipe from OOP Oats, Peas, Beans Barley cookbook from the '70's.


Directions

2 cups SOAKED soy beans (1 cup dry)
