    Flank Steak, 3 oz , diced
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .Serrano Peppers, 2 pepper, diced
    Cotija Mexican Cheese, 1 oz
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 plum tomato diced
    Garlic, 1 clove diced
    salt to taste


Sautee meat until browned along with serrano peppers, garlic and tomato, add egg beater and scramble.

Serve with crumbled Cotija cheese on top!
